Nanjing Fiberglass Research and Design Institute has implemented the strategy of innovation-driven development since the 13th Five-Year Plan to build the "three platforms". This paper mainly introduces the building of the "innovation incubation platform", one of the "three platforms", and the phased results achieved, which can provide some reference ideas and practice experiences for the high-quality development of transformation institutes.
