摘要
试验完成了1个未加厚和3个局部加厚的T型管节点的抗冲击性能研究。试验过程中考虑了局部加厚区的加厚壁厚T_c和加厚区的长度L_c对局部加厚T型管节点抗冲击性能的影响。试验结果表明:试件局部加厚可以提高节点域截面抗弯刚度,减小局部凹陷变形,使塑性绞线外移;提高节点受冲击初始阶段耗能能力和荷载-位移曲线平台段的耗能比例,避免节点域吸收大量能量,提高节点抗冲击能力,有效地保护了节点。研究结果为进一步探索局部加厚节点动态抗冲击承载力提供了参考。
Tests for anti-impact performances of one unthickened T-shaped tubular joint and three ones locally thickened were conducted to study effects of thickened wall thickness T_c and thickened zone length L_c on anti-impact performance of locally thickened T-shaped tubular joints. Test results showed that specimens’ local thickening can raise bending stiffness of joint cross-section, reduce local dent deformation, and make plastic hinge line move up;meanwhile, it can improve joints’ energy-dissipating ability in the initial stage of impact and the energy-dissipating proportion of load-displacement curve’s platform segment to avoid joint zone absorbing much energy, raise joint’s anti-impact ability, and effectively protect it;the results can provide a reference for further exploring the dynamic anti-impact ability of locally thickened joints.
