摘要
以电力变压器负载损耗测试为例,介绍负载损耗试验的测试方法和试验原理;根据影响测量结果不确定度的各因素,建立负载损耗计算数学模型,并按照B类不确定度评定方法对测量结果进行不确定度评定和分析。该案例对第三方检测机构或企业实验室正确评估自身试验能力,合理评判和评估所检样品结果,具有重要的理论指导意义和工程应用价值。
Measurement uncertainty is a quantitative indicator to measure the accuracy of test results, which directly reflects the reliability and accuracy of test results, and is increasingly valued and applied in the measurement field. Taking the load loss measurement of power transformer as an example, the test method and test principle of load loss test are introduced. According to the factors affecting the measurement uncertainty, the mathematical model of load loss detection is established and measured according to the B-class uncertainty evaluation method. The results were evaluated and analyzed for uncertainty. This case has important theoretical guidance and engineering application value for the third-party testing organization or enterprise laboratory to correctly evaluate its own testing ability and to reasonably evaluate and evaluate the sample results.
