摘要
通过湿法炼锌渣与钢厂氧化锌烟灰混合经煤粉高温还原实现铅锌综合回收。研究还原温度、反应时间、煤粉配比以及混合渣中铅银渣/铁矾渣/氧化锌烟灰配比对铅锌挥发率的影响。实验结果表明,当还原温度为1200℃,反应时间为1.5h,煤粉配比为1.0以及混合渣中铅银渣/铁矾渣/氧化锌烟灰配比为2:1:2时,铅锌的挥发率分别为90%和85%。
The wet zinc slag is mixed with the steel plant zinc oxide soot to achieve comprehensive recovery of lead and zinc by high temperature reduction of pulverized coal. The effects of reduction temperature, reaction time, pulverized coal ratio and lead slag/iron slag/zinc oxide soot ratio on the volatilization rate of lead and zinc are studied. The experimental results show that when the reduction temperature 1 200 ℃, the reaction time 1.5 h, the coal powder ratio 1.0, and the ratio of lead silver slag/iron slag/zinc oxide soot in the mixed slag 2:1:2, the volatilization rates of lead and zinc are 90% and 85%, respectively.
