辊系设计是轧机设计的关键因素之一,对酒钢UCM六辊五机架碳钢冷轧机组辊系进行了研究,通过对轧辊尺寸、形状及排列方式的计算分析,并与其他类型轧机的辊系进行了比较,使得各类型轧机优缺点更加明确,设计思路更为明晰。

Roll system design is one of the key factors in rolling mill design. The roll system of UCM six-high five-stand carbon steel cold rolling mill at Jiugang is studied in this paper. The size, shape and arrangement of roll are calculated and analyzed. Compared with other kinds of rolling mill, the advantages and disadvantages of each type mill are more clear, and the design idea is more clear.
