铝电解槽壳面料再生氧化铝技术的应用

摘要 从电解生产的角度出发,结合连城分公司的生产状况,对电解铝低电压技术路线和因各种原因产生的多余电解质壳面料如何二次返回电解生产系统,替代新鲜氧化铝,实现多余电解质壳面料净消耗,降低氧化铝消耗,盘活无效资产,降低生产成本实践进行了系统论述,并就关键因素的控制对策做了简要介绍。 From the perspective of electrolytic production, combined with the production situation of Lianchengbranch, this paper systematically introduced low voltage technology of electrolytic aluminum and how to make the electrolytic feeding oxide which due to various reasons coming back to electrolytic production system once again. This method can replace fresh alumina, realize net consumption of extra electrolytic feeding oxide, reduce alumina consumption and production cost, invigorate invalid assets. In the paper the control countermeasure of key factors also are discussed briefly.
