Determination of Picric Acid in Water by Gas Chromatography

摘要 水样中苦味酸经次氯酸钠转化为氯化苦,采用正己烷萃取,有机相层用ECD检测器进行测定。结果表明,该方法检出限为0.001mg/L,加标回收率为83.0%~95.1%,标准曲线线性较好,相关系数为0.9990,能够满足地表水和废水中苦味酸的测定需要。 After conversion of Picric acid in water into chloropicrin by sodium hypochlorite,the chloropicrin was extracted with n-hexane,the Organic phase layer was determined by ECD.The results showed that the detection limit of this method was 0.001 mg/L, the method recovery of standard addition was 83.0% to 95.1%, and the correlation coefficient was 0.9990 ,the mothod was suitable for the determination of picric acid in surface wate and waste water.
