摘要 文章基于环境风险系统研究和环境事件机理分析,建立油气运输管道环境风险评价指标体系,提出油气运输管道及分区段风险等级划分模型。以重庆市某区县为例,应用该方法将评价区域内的油气运输管道风险等级划分为高、较高、中、较低4个等级。同时,准确识别出各油气运输管道环境风险重点区段,并针对性提出了差异化环境风险管理建议。 Based on the analysis of environmental risk system and environmental events, this paper establishes an environmental risk assessment index system for oil and gas transportation pipelines, and proposes a risk classification model for the pipeline and their segmentations. Taking a district in Chongqing as an example, the method is applied to classify the risk level of oil and gas transportation pipelines in the evaluation area into four levels: high, high, medium and low. At the same time, the key sections of environmental risks of various oil and gas transportation pipelines were identified, and environmental risk management suggestions were proposed.
