转体施工钢-混混合连续梁桥的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 预应力钢混连续梁桥作为一种新型的结构型式,得到越来越广泛的应用,它将钢梁与混凝土梁连接成共同的受力整体,同时具有钢桥跨越能力大和混凝土连续梁桥刚度大的优点。文章以延崇高速上跨大秦铁路桥为研究背景,从如何选取转体混合梁的关键技术出发,针对混合梁结构受力复杂的特点,对结合段位置的选取、结构构造、局部计算进行研究分析。结果表明:(1)结合段结构设计合理,刚度过渡平稳;(2)转体施工可显著减小对既有铁路运营的影响,可在上跨铁路的桥梁中广泛应用;(3)转体系统作为施工阶段的主要受力构件,对上转盘及球铰进行有限元分析,证明转体系统在该结构下受力合理。 As a new type of structure,the prestressed steel-concrete continuous beam bridge has been applied more and more widely.It connects the steel beam and the concrete beam as a whole,with advantages of large span capacity of the steel bridge and large stiffness of the concrete continuous beam bridge.Taking Yanqing-Chongli highway overpassing Dalian-Qinhuangdao railway as tire background,based on the key technologies of how to choose the rotating steel-concrete beam,the location,structure and local calculation of the steel-concrete joint section are studied and analyzed in this paper in accordance with the complex force of the steel-concrete beam.The results show;(1)tire structure design of the joint section is reasonable and the stiffness transition is smooth;(2)Since the construction of rotary body can significantly reduce the impact on tire existing railway operation,it can Ire widely used in the bridge across tire railway;(3)As the main stressed member in the construction stage,the rotary body system carries out finite element analysis on the rotary table and ball hinge.The results show that the structure design of the system is reasonable.
