摘要
为适应现代汽车营销对人才的需要,建立汽车营销胜任力团队模型,探讨团队胜任力与人才培养之间的联系,运用要素比较法和要素计点法从汽车营销的三个层次销售员、销售经理、总经理分析现状,探讨各个层次培训缺失的原因,寻求培训途径。汽车营销人才阶梯式的培养,造就具有胜任力创新型的复合人才是企业发展人力资源的可靠保障。
In order to meet the needs of talents in modern automobile marketing, a team model of automobile marketing competency is established, and the relationship between team competency and personnel training is discussed. The current situation of salesmen, sales managers and general managers at three levels of automobile marketing is analyzed by using factor comparison method and factor counting method, and the training at all levels is discussed. The reasons for the deficiency and the ways of training should be sought. The step-by-step training of automobile marketing talents and the cultivation of competent and innovative compound talents are the reliable guarantee for the development of human resources in enterprises.
