摘要
随着高校扩招,高等教育已由“精英教育”向“大众教育”转变,其中工科类女生作为特殊群体更应受到关注,通过调查问卷、生涯访谈等方式对高职院校工科类女生职涯规划现况进行调查,发现工科类女生普遍存在专业认同度低、职涯目标不明确、对自身就业能力不自信等问题,针对问题根据实际情况,提出有效对策,对工科类女生进行“差别化”“职涯”指导,提升就业竞争能力,加强就业自信心,提供更多职业选择。
With the expansion of College enrollment, higher education has changed from "elite education" to "mass education". As a special group, female engineering students should be paid more attention. Through questionnaires and career interviews, the current situation of career planning of female engineering students in higher vocational colleges is investigated. It is found that female engineering students generally have low professional identity, ambiguous career goals, and employment ability. According to the actual situation, this paper puts forward some effective countermeasures to solve the problem of lack of self- confidence, such as "differentiated" career guidance for engineering female students, enhancing employment competitiveness, strengthening employment self-confidence and providing more career choices.
