摘要
为适应目前变压器制造行业实施数字化、信息化的迫切需求,分析了变压器铁心车间系统网络架构。以变压器核心生产设备——横剪生产线为研究对象,建立了集设备控制与信息管理为一体的横剪线控制及信息管理软件系统框架,采用C#高级语言、关系型数据库、三层体系架构等关键技术开发了软件系统,实现了横剪生产线及生产数据的管控,能够较好地与企业信息管理系统集成。
To meet the urgent requirements of digitalization and information in the current transformer manufacturing industry, the network architecture in transformer core workshop management system is analysised. The software system frame for control and information management is established. This paper takes the transformer key cut-to-length production line as object of study. The software system is developed by using C# language, relational database, architecture with three layers and other key technologies. This system is used with the enterprise’ information management system to better control and manage the production line and production data.
