优化体育课学习兴趣现状及对策研究——以福建省高校非体育专业女生为例

Research on Optimizing the Learning Interest of Physical Education and its Countermeasures——Takeing Female Non-sports Majors of Fujian Normal University as an Example

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据分析法、数理统计法等对福建省高校非体育专业女生体育课学习兴趣的现状和成因进行分析,探讨了福建省高校非体育专业女生选择不同体育课程的特点。结果表明:福建省高校非体育专业女生对体育课选修专项的动机上存在一定的盲目性、片面性和随从性。从福建省高校非体育专业女生对体育课选修动机的影响因素分析入手,对福建省高校的体育课开展提出建议,为全国高等学校非体育专业女生体育课教学质量的提升提出相应的参考意见。

By means of literature review, questionnaire, data analysis, mathematical statistics, etc. This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of learning interests that female students of non-spots majors hold in PE of Fujian Normal University, and probes into the characteristics of non-sports major girls preference on different physical education courses in Fujian Normal University. Female students perform the tendency of blindness, one-sideness and conformity in the process of selecting PE electives. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the elective motivation of non-sports female students, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of physical education in Fujian Normal University, and even improving the teaching quality of female students with non-physical education major in national institutions of higher learning.
