摘要
明代岭南流官治理区域存在少数民族聚居区。这些地区形成了与土司制度有相似但本质不同的基层管理机制即“招民入籍”,并由此产生了招主阶层以及“州县—里甲(招主)—瑶僮”这一赋税管理体系。通过分析明代两广地区官员书信奏折和地方文献,梳理招主的形成和职权责利,阐释州县、招主与瑶僮之间的关系,以此观察岭南边疆的治理问题,从而进一步了解明代中后期复杂的政治与族群关系,倡导从帝国边陲看帝国政治的研究视角。
There are ethnic group areas in the administrative region by the local officials for the south of the Five Ridges in the Ming Dynasty. The similarities with different essence are found between the system of naturalization and the chieftain system. Then, the social class of the recruiters and the tax management system formed. The former kept touch with the governments and the ethnic groups and the latter was about the tax management between the recruiters and Taotong people. With the analysis of the letters and documents from Guangxi and Guangdong provinces in the Ming Dynasty, the study of the formation, rights and responsibilities of the recruiters, and the interpretation of the relationship between the governments, recruiters and Yaotong people, the complex political and ethnic relationships in the middle and late Ming Dynasty are understood and the research perspective of the imperial politics from the border areas are advocated.
