高校精准扶贫实践探索与理论创新——基于昆明学院扶贫实践探索

Practical Exploration and Theoretical Creation of Accurate Poverty Alleviation in Colleges and Universities——Based on the Practical Exploration of Poverty Alleviation in Kunming University

高校在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务等方面的功能属性及其与政府、企业、社会、合作社、贫困户的关系定位,促成了高校在开展扶贫规划、产业扶贫、教育扶贫、发展生产扶贫、卫生扶贫、文化宣传扶贫等方面的特殊作用。在借鉴埃茨科威茨三螺旋理论、华中农业大学四螺旋模型、中南民族大学五力扶贫模型的基础上,提出高校精准扶贫六螺旋模型。高校精准扶贫的实践为我国扶贫理论探索创新提供了丰富的营养和鲜活的案例。

Colleges and universities play special functions for poverty alleviation including planning, industries, education, economy, sanitation and culture etc. because of their responsibilities of personnel training, scientific research and social services and their relationships with the governments, enterprises, society, cooperative and poo households. The Hexahelix theory of poverty alleviation from colleges and universities is proposed with the help of other relevant theories, and the practice of accurate poverty alleviation provides new ideas and typical cases for the theories of poverty alleviation in China.
