人工智能时代高校人才培养变革的思考

Reflections on the Universities’ Talent Cultivation Reform in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

人工智能的飞速发展将加速人类社会秩序的重建。在高等教育领域,人工智能对高校人才培养产生了多方面影响,对高校人才培养规格提出了新要求,推动着高校环境转型升级,重塑了高校教学的意义,促使高校教师角色发生转变等等。为此,高校必须积极应对人工智能时代的机遇与挑战,树立“不惧机器”的培养理念,打造产教融合的人才培养平台,调整课程体系和专业设置,并引导教师合理利用人工智能。同时,高校也必须认识到在推进人工智能应用中可能出现的人员安置、数据安全隐患和弱势高校“动力”不足等问题,应采取有效措施主动引导人工智能的健康发展。

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) accelerates the reconstruction of human social order.AI technology has exerted many infl uences on talent cultivation in higher education by enabling universities to promote employment structure.Among these infl uences,AI has put forward new requirements for talent cultivation specifications in higher education.It has promoted the transformation and upgrading of university environment,reshaped development of universities,and promoted the change in teachers’ role.Therefore,universities must recognize the problems of personnel placement,data security risks and insufficient motivation in promoting the application of artifi cial intelligence,and take effective measures to actively guide the development.
