摘要
目的探析“传帮带”教学在基层护理实践中的应用效果。方法对2017年1月—2019年2月该院护理部派出带教老师对基层医院受教护士的临床学习资料进行回顾性分析,其中把2017年12月前该院去基层医院带教39名护士看做对比组,开展传统教学模式;把2018年1月后该院去基层医院带教39名护士看做研究组,开展“传帮带”教学模式。观察两组受教护士对教学模式的满意率、受教护士考核成绩和学习效果情况。结果对比组受教护士对教学模式的满意率为79.49%,明显低于研究组的94.87%;对比组受教护士考核成绩情况、学习效果情况均低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将“传帮带”教学法用于基层护理实践中,能有效激发学生的学习兴趣,提高受教护士考核成绩。
Objective To explore the application effect of "Chuanbangdai" teaching in grassroots nursing practice.Methods From January 2017 to February 2019,the nursing department of our hospital sent a teacher to carry out a retrospective analysis of the clinical learning materials of the nurses in the primary hospitals,which will be taught in the primary hospital before December 2017.The nurses were seen as a comparison group and carried out the traditional teaching mode.After January 2018,our hospital went to the primary hospital to teach 39 nurses to be the research group,and carried out the "transfer band"teaching mode.Observe the satisfaction rate of the teaching nurses in the two groups,the assessment scores of the teachers and the learning results.Results The satisfaction rate of the teaching model in the comparison group was 79.49%,which was significantly lower than that of the research group(94.87%).The scores of the teachers in the comparison group and the learning results were lower than the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the "Chuanbangdai"teaching method in the practice of primary care can effectively stimulate students' interest in learning and improve the performance of the teachers.
