在全面深化改革的发展中,医疗教育改革备受社会关注,该文基于新医改政策解读对新形势下医院的经营管理策略进行研究,首先对新医改政策解读,包括新医改的指导思想与目标,新医改的路径选择,其次是新医改政策下医院经营管理改革的困境分析,当前主要面临着医院的现代化管理水平较低,医院的经营管理体制机制不健全,最后是新医改政策解读与新形势下医院的经营管理策略,包括以新时代中国特色社会主义思想引领医院发展,做好医院制度建设应对内外部威胁的风险管理,提升医疗服务质量水平,通过现代化信息技术提高运营效率。

In the development of comprehensive deepening reform,medical education reform has received much attention from the society.Based on the interpretation of the new medical reform policy,this paper studies the hospital's management strategy under the new situation.First,it interprets the new medical reform policy,including the guiding ideology and goal of the new medical reform,the path choice of the new medical reform,followed by the dilemma analysis of hospital management and management reform under the new medical reform policy,currently facing the low level of hospital modern management,the hospital's management system is not perfect,and finally the interpretation of the new medical reform policy and hospital's management strategy under the new situation includes leading the development of hospitals with the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,doing a good job in building hospital systems to deal with internal and external threats,improving the quality of medical services,and improving operational efficiency through modern information technology.
