摘要
目的探讨急诊科护理管理中PDCA模式的应用效果及价值。方法该院急诊科于2017年2月开始实施PDCA管理模式,观察PDCA模式实施前、后1年内护士综合素质评分、护理质量变化,并分别取500名患者进行调研,查看其对急诊护理满意情况。结果PDCA实施后,护理人员规范操作、物品管理、急诊速度及质量、专业知识等评分明显高于实施前,患者急诊分诊时间明显缩短(P<0.05);PDCA实施后患者对急诊分诊、服务态度、医护人员形象、护理工作质量及环境卫生等满意度评分明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科护理管理中实施PDCA模式有助于提高护理人员综合素质,提高护理质量及患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect and value of PDCA model in emergency department nursing management.Methods The emergency department of our hospital began to implement the PDCA management model in February 2017.Observed the comprehensive quality scores of nurses and the quality of nursing care before and after the implementation of PDCA mode,and 500 patients were investigated to see their satisfaction with emergency care.Results After the implementation of PDCA,the scores of nursing staff's standardized operation,item management,emergency speed and quality,and professional knowledge were significantly higher than those before the implementation,and the time of emergency department was significantly shortened(P<0.05).After PDCA was implemented,the patient was divided into emergency department.Satisfaction scores such as service attitude,image of medical staff,quality of nursing work and environmental sanitation were significantly higher than before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PDCA mode in emergency department nursing management can improve the overall quality of nursing staff,improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
