摘要
目的探究持续质量改进在神经外科护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法以2018年1—6月为对照阶段,该阶段神经外科实施常规护理质量管理模式,以2018年7—12月为观察阶段,该阶段神经外科应用持续质量改进管理模式,各选取200例患者作为对照组和观察组,探究两个阶段的护理工作质量及患者满意度。结果观察组在病区管理、隔离消毒、分级管理、文书管理、操作规范上的评分均高于对照组,且其护理满意度为97.50%,明显高于对照组的81.00%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进在神经外科护理质量管理中,可促进护理质量及患者满意度提升,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of continuous quality improvement in neurosurgical nursing quality management.Methods From January to June 2018,the neurosurgery implements the routine nursing quality management mode.The observation period was from July to December 2018.The neurosurgical application of continuous quality improvement management mode was applied at this stage.200 patients were selected as the control group and observation group to explore the quality of nursing work and patient satisfaction in the two stages.Results The scores of the observation group in the ward management,isolation and disinfection,grading management,document management and operation norms were higher than the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 81.00%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement can improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction in neurosurgical nursing quality management,which is worthy of promotion and application.
