摘要
目的探讨路径式教学管理在手术室护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月—2018年12月至手术室实习的护理实习生90名,根据时间先后顺序分为对照组42名,给予传统经验式教学方法;观察组48名,在传统教学的基础上实施路径式教学管理;对比两组护生出科理论考试、操作考试成绩、综合评分以及护生对带教老师的满意情况,并进行统计学分析。结果①观察组护生出科理论考试、操作考试成绩、综合评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②观察组护生对带教老师的满意度明显高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在手术室护理教学中应用路径式教学管理,可以使教学过程更加标准化、规范化、程序化,有利于教学相长、提高教学质量和效果,提高师生相互之间的满意水平。
Objective To explore the application effect of path teaching management in nursing teaching in operating room.Methods 90 cases of nursing interns from March 2017 to December 2018 to the operating room were selected.According to the chronological order,42 cases were divided into the control group and given traditional experience teaching methods.48 cases in the observation group were used in traditional teaching.On the basis of the implementation of path-based teaching management;compare the two groups of nursing students out of the theoretical examinations,operational test scores,comprehensive scores and nursing students to the teacher's satisfaction,and statistical analysis was implemented.Results 1.In the observation group,the theoretical examination,operational test scores and comprehensive scores of the nursing students were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.The satisfaction of the nursing students in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of path-based teaching management in operating room nursing teaching can make the teaching process more standardized,standardized and procedural,which is conducive to teaching and learning,improving teaching quality and effect,and improving the satisfaction level between teachers and students.
