摘要
火工品在安装后经常会出现绝缘电阻下降的故障,进而对产品的发火性能产生影响,本文针对产品壳体与电源共地和不共地两种情况进行了分析及试验验证。研究表明绝缘电阻故障导致产品不发火的可能性较小,只有产品内部的旁路电阻位于壳体和未接地的一极插针之间、小于一定的阻值、在通电条件下不会被熔断这3种情况同时存在时,才有可能导致单发产品出现不发火。
The fault of insulation resistance decline often occurs for electric explosive device after installation,which will affect the ignition performance of the products.In this paper,the effects of insulation resistance decline on the firing property of product were analyzed and tested,under two conditions that the shell of product shares the ground with the power or does not.It is concluded that the non-fire possibility of products is small on account of insulation resistance failure,only three conditions exist at the same time,which are the bypass resistor inside of the product located between the shell and an off ground pole pin,and smaller than a certain value,as well as not be fused under current condition,it is likely to lead to non-fire of products.
