摘要
利用TG与LS-DYNA软件对不同锥角下的线性聚能装药切割钢靶进行数值模拟,并与试验作对比。结果表明药型罩锥角为80°的聚能装药切割器具有更好的切割性能,其切割深度和最大开口宽度达到最大值,数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。本研究为线性聚能装药切割器的药型罩锥角设计提供一定的参考。
Using TG and LS-DYNA software,the cutting steel target performance of linear shaped charge with different cone angles was simulated and compared with the experiment.The results show that when the cone angle of the liner is 80 degree,the shaped charge cutter has better cutting performance than other shaped charge cutters.The cutting depth and the maximum opening width reach the maximum value.The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.It provides a reference for the design of cone angle of liner shaped charge cutter.
