摘要 基于非贮压干粉灭火装置的特点,针对其产气剂设计了不同粘结剂配比的基础配方,通过产气量测试确定了最优基础配方,并研究了添加剂对其产气量和燃速的影响。结果表明:粘结剂含量对产气量影响较大,计算氧差时需考虑粘结剂耗氧量;最优基础配方为59.8%氧化剂,20.2%可燃剂,20%粘结剂,氧差为-30,产气量为343mL/g。添加剂对燃速均有正催化作用,但使产气量均有所降低;综合比较产气量和燃速,确定三氧化二铁催化效果较好。 Based on the characteristics of non pressure-accumulated powder fire equipments,the basic formula of different binder ratio was designed for the gas generating agent.The optimal base formulation was determined by testing gas production.The effect of additives on the gas production and burning rate was studied based on the optimal base formulation.The results show that the binder content has a great influence on the gas production.The oxygen consumption of the binder should be considered as calculating the oxygen difference.The optimal base formula is obtained,which contains oxidizing agent of 59.8%,combustible agent of 20.2%,binder of 20%.Its oxygen difference is -30 and gas production is 343mL/g.The additive has a positive catalytic effect on the burning rate,but the gas production is reduced to varying degrees.Comprehensive comparison of gas production and burning rate,it is found that the catalytic effect of ferric oxide is better.
