摘要 选取有代表性形貌和粒度的4种普通HMX,通过水悬浮法得到不同造型粉,并将造型粉在SANS材料试验机上压制成型。对HMX包覆前后进行XPS测试,并对HMX压制前后进行电镜扫描及对造型粉压制成型进行压力密度曲线分析。研究表明HMX晶体颗粒的大小及形貌对同种粘结剂的包覆度影响较大,其中细颗粒以及颗粒级配的HMX基PBX包覆度较好;粗颗粒HMX晶体或有粒度级配时造型粉可压性较好。 In this paper,four kinds of ordinary HMX with representative morphology and particle size were selected,then different modeling powders were obtained by water suspension method,and the modeling powders were pressed into shape on the SANS material test machine.XPS of HMX before and after coating was tested,and HMX samples were characterized before and after pressing by electron microscope scanning,as well as the pressure vs density curve analysis was carried out for modeling powder.The study show that the particle size and morphology of the HMX crystals has obvious effect on the coating degree for the same binder,the coating degree of the HMX based PBX with fine and grading particles is good,the compressibility of modeling powder is better for coarse HMX crystal or particle size grading of HMX.
