我国养老设施内餐饮空间设计研究

摘要 本文从社交及人文关怀的角度出发,通过实地考察、问卷调研及相关理论文献的研读,重点对二线城市养老设施内餐饮空间的使用现状以及老人在用餐前后所在的场所到餐饮空间的用餐流线进行了调查分析,在此基础上总结了目前我国养老设施中老年人对餐饮空间的不同需求,并根据相关案例,针对不同身体状况的老年人提出在不同养老设施中有关餐饮空间的设计建议。 Starting with the demands for social interaction and humanistic care, this paper adopts the methods of field investigation, questionnaire survey and the reading of relevant literature to investigate and analyze the utilization of dining space and the dining streamline before and after the elderly having a meal in pension facilities in second-tier cities. Based on the above investigations and relevant cases, this paper sums up the different needs of the elderly for the dining space of the pension facilities, and make suggestions on the dining space design for the elderly with different physical conditions in different pension facilities.
