摘要
居住区规划是城市规划的重要部分,体现着城市文明的发展程度及其作为一项综合的公共政策对人的关怀程度。文章围绕我国居住小区交通发展现状和社会综合情况,对居住小区"人车分流"的交通组织模式是否必要进行探讨。合理的交通组织模式可以为住宅区创造人性化的结构布局,增强居民的舒适度和安全感。相反,极端而缺少弹性的交通模式,不仅会给建设和开发带来较高的投入,往往也会为之后住宅区内部的交通紊乱留下隐患。
Residential area planning is an important part of urban planning, reflecting the development of urban civilization and reflecting the degree of care for human being as a comprehensive public policy. This paper discusses the necessity of the traffic organization mode of"people and vehicles diversion" in residential quarters around the status quo of residential community and traffic development in China and related comprehensive social conditions. A reasonable traffic organization model can create a humanized structural layout for residential areas and enhance the residents’ comfort and security. On the contrary, the transportation mode extremely lack in flexibility will not only bring high investment to construction and development, but also leave hidden dangers for traffic disturbances in the residential area.
