滨海木结构建筑耐久性影响因素及应对方法——以青岛金沙滩市政环境工程木结构建筑工程为例

Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Durability of Coastal Wood Structure Buildings——A Case of Municipal Environmental Engineering Wood Structure Construction Project in Golden Beach in Qingdao

在生态文明建设指导思想的背景下,低碳、健康、与自然和谐共存的木结构建筑有着广阔的发展前景。近年来,随着国外木结构的进驻、相关标准规范的陆续出台和对人才的培养,我国木结构建筑发展迅速,但由于木材易腐、易开裂、易蛀、易燃的自身特性,木结构建筑的耐久性受到了挑战。本文对金沙滩市政环境工程木结构建筑工程中部分木结构存在开裂、腐蚀的现象进行分析,由此思考研究影响滨海木结构建筑耐久性的因素以及对策。

Wood structure buildings have the features of low carbon, health and harmonious coexistence with nature and have broad prospects for development under the guiding ideology of ecological civilization construction. With the entry of foreign wood structures, the introduction of relevant standards and regulations and the cultivation of talents, China’s wood structure buildings have developed rapidly in recent years. However, the durability of wood structure buildings has been challenged due to their features of perishable, crack-prone, easily damaged by worms and flammable. This paper analyzes the phenomenon of cracking and corrosion of some wood structures in the wood structure construction project of Golden Beach municipal environmental engineering, considers the factors that affect the durability of coastal wood structures and puts forward corresponding countermeasures .
