3S技术在城镇社区物业管理信息系统中的应用

Application of 3S Technology in Urban Community Property Management Information System

针对城镇社区物业管理的发展需求,探讨了3S技术在城镇社区物业管理信息系统中的应用。文章以武汉市某社区为例,将3S技术应用到城镇社区物业管理信息系统的总体功能模块设计和系统数据库设计中。以GPS和RS作为物业管理信息系统数据获取和更新的主要手段,以GIS为基础平台,建立城镇社区物业管理信息系统。该系统能够对有关物业管理的图形数据和属性数据进行实时准确地获取、更新和编辑处理,完成对物业管理中各种数据的空间查询、缓冲区分析和网络分析等各种空间分析,满足用户对各种空间显示、查询和分析等多种功能的需求,实现了物业管理的自动化和智能化。

Aiming at the development demand of urban community property management, this paper discusses the application of 3S technology in community property management information system. Taking a certain community in Wuhan as an example, 3s is applied to the overall function module and database design of urban community property management information system. GPS and RS are the main means of data acquisition and updating. The community property management information system is established on the basis of GIS. The system can accurately acquire, update and edit the graphic data and property data in real time, complete various spacial analysis of the property management data including spacial inquiry, buffer analysis and network analysis, meet the requirements of the users for various functions such as spacial display, query and analysis, etc., and realize the automated and intelligent property management.
