Key Technology for Wet Construction of Large Span Simply Supported Prefabricated Box Girder

本文以某大跨度简支桥梁为例介绍了节段预制箱梁的施工工法,对节段预制、拼装和湿接缝连接作业中的关键点进行了总结,说明了采取的施工质量保证措施,具有拼装质量可靠、建造效率高的优势,保证了施工质量和梁体线形流畅,有效确保工程经济效益和社会效益,以期对同类工程具有指导意义。

Taking a long-span simple-supported bridge as an example, this paper introduces the construction method of segmental prefabricated box girder, which has the advantages of reliable assembling quality and high construction efficiency. It summarizes the key points in segmental prefabrication, assembling and wet joint connection operation, and illustrates the construction quality assurance measures adopted, which ensures the construction quality and smooth alignment, and effectively ensures the economic benefits and social benefits of the project. It is hoped that this paper may have guiding significance for similar projects.
