印度输电线路规范风荷载计算

On the Calculation of Wind Load for Transmission Lines in India and China

摘要 随着承接国外项目的机会越来越多,熟悉国外工程建设的规划、设计、施工和运维等各阶段的规程规范变得非常迫切。通过对中国和印度输电线路风荷载规范的风载计算对比知,两者的风载重现期均与电压等级有关。对于同等电压等级的输电线路,中国规范风载的重现期低于印度规范。印度规范导地线风载和绝缘子串风载大于中国规范,但随着高度增加,两者之间的比值越来越小;当杆塔较矮时,印度规范杆塔风载大于中国规范,当铁塔较高时则小于中国规范。 Under the guidance of "the Belt and Road"strategy,opportunities are increasing for domestic engineering companies to undertake foreign projects. Therefore,it is urgent for them to understand foreign specifications and codes for the planning,design,construction,operation and maintenance of foreign construction projects. The wind load calculation methods for transmission lines specified in design codes of China and India are compared. It shows that the wind load recurrence period specified in Chinese and Indian codes are both related to the voltage level. While,the recurrence period of wind load in Chinese code is lower than that in the Indian code for transmission lines of the same voltage level.The wind loads of the grounding wire and the insulator strings in Indian code are larger than those in Chinese code,but the ratio between them becomes smaller and smaller with the increase of the height. When the tower is short,the wind load of the tower in Indian code is larger than that in Chinese code,and vice versa.
