胫骨延长柄型假体在治疗全膝置换术后胫骨假体周围松动的疗效分析

摘要 目的:分析胫骨延长柄型[1]假体在膝关节翻修治疗全膝关节置换术后胫骨假体周围松动的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月~2019年1月本院行胫骨延长柄型假体治疗全膝关节置换术后胫骨假体周围松动的16例临床资料,术前、术后膝关节评价采用美国膝关节学会评分(KSS)系统、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)进行评分。结果:16例均顺利完成手术,经KSS评分均高于术前,术前疼痛、功能障碍均得到明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术中均未发生血管、神经损伤,术后随访期间未发生假体周围感染、松动、脱位、骨折等并发症。结论:胫骨延长柄型假体在膝关节翻修治疗全膝关节置换术后胫骨假体周围松动中疗效满意,且操作简单,可获得良好的初始稳定性。
