MRI动态增强成像联合DWI鉴别诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性临床分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:分析MRI动态增强成像联合DWI鉴别诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性的临床价值。方法:选取2017年2月~2018年6月本院收治的乳腺肿瘤疾病患者76例(85个病灶),所有患者均进行MRI动态增强成像联合DWI检查及手术病理检查,以手术病理检查结果为"金标准"。对乳腺肿瘤良恶性强化特征及弥散特性进行对比分析。结果:术后病理检查确诊51例恶性肿瘤,25例良性肿瘤,共检出57个恶性病灶,28个良性病灶;良、恶性肿瘤TIC曲线类型比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);恶性肿瘤ADC平均值(1.192±0.061)×10^-3mm^2/s与良性肿瘤ADC平均值(1.375±0.528)×10^-3mm^2/s比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRI动态增强成像联合DWI对乳腺肿瘤良恶性鉴别具有较高的准确率,可根据不同曲线类型及ADC值对肿瘤性质进行判断。
