陕西省西安市长安区具有发展养老产业得天独厚的生态条件,发展养老产业不仅能解决当地老年人养老问题,还将为"候鸟老人"提供优质高效的养老服务,推动长安区经济和社会健康、持续发展。分析长安区养老产业的发展现状,针对长安区在养老服务设施、养老观念、资金和人才等方面存在的问题,提出壮大养老市场主体、培育养老产业、拓宽融资渠道、加强人才队伍建设等措施,将对全国养老产业的发展有一定的借鉴作用。

Chang’an District of Xi’an City in Shaanxi Province,has unique ecological conditions for developing the old-age industry.The development of the old-age industry can not only solve the problem of the local old-age,but also provide high-quality and efficient services for the "migratory elderly",and promote the economic and social sustainable development of Chang’an District.Therefore,the article analyzes the development status of the old-age industry in Chang’an District,and the problems of the old-age industry in service facilities,concept,capital and talents,lastly,puts forward measures such as strengthening the old-age market body,cultivating the old-age industry,broadening the financing channels,and increasing the cultivation of talents,which will have a certain reference on the development of national old-age industry.
