作为"一带一路"合作的重要内容,中国与沿线国家的石油产业合作有着非常大的发展空间,随着各种金融机构参与到石油产业实体的生产经营活动,以进行石油金融衍生品的开发和交易,金融与石油产业融合成为一种发展趋势,目前世界上主要的石油富集地区分布于"一带一路"沿线国家,由于石油开发需求投入巨额资金,同时也会面临巨大风险,石油企业需要通过金融市场进行融资和规避风险,以及出于资金流动性平稳的目的,石油企业也大量参与石油金融市场的交易。通过政策引导和与沿线国家建立金融合作体系、推进石油人民币进程,建设对国际石油价格具有影响力的期货市场,创新金融与石油产业的融合模式,推进中国石油企业对"一带一路"沿线国家的投资和深度合作。
