摘要 自应用型本科院校提出后,教师转型发展成为当下讨论的焦点问题。如何帮助教师解除转型发展的困惑,是应用型本科院校转型发展的一大难题。在教师转型发展实践中,提出"以研究项目为契机,以服务社会为导向"的应用型院校教师转型发展模式。 since the classification of applied undergraduate colleges and universities,the development of teacher transformation has become the focus of discussion.It is a difficult problem for the transformation and development of applied undergraduate colleges and universities.In the practice of teachers’ transformation and development,this paper puts forward a model of teachers’ transformation and development in applied colleges and universities,which takes the research project as an opportunity and serves the society as the guide.
