Application and Promotion Measures of International Wildlife Law:Reflections on International Research Documents

国际野生动物保护法是指导、规制世界各国野生动物的保护性法律,由于其应用效果受多种因素影响,并没有发挥出全部作用。虽然应用效果有所减损,但其目前仍是保护野生动物的重要工具。分析国外研究文献可见,通过律师和其他保护专业人员的共同努力,可以改进国际野生动物法对生物多样性保护的贡献。通过加强法律框架本身,通过抓住推进现行《联合国海洋法公约》法律有效适用所提供的许多机会等,都是充分发挥其作用的策略。

International wildlife protection law is a law guiding and regulating wildlife protection in countries all over the world. Being affected by many factors,it has not played a full role,while it is still an important tool for wildlife protec-tion. It is found through analysis of foreign literatures that contribution to protecting the diversity of wildlife could be im-proved with co-efforts from lawyers and other professional staff,including strengthening legal framework and propel-ling the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
