摘要
通过组织培养香玲核桃,对不同时间中核桃苗的褐化现象进行观察,并提出了影响其褐化现象的一些因素。结果表明,初代培养采用改良DKW为基础培养基,添加1 g/L活性炭,核桃外植体用0.1%升汞消毒2 min后,褐化率最低。
The browning phenomena of walnut seedlings at different time were observed by tissue culture,and some factors affecting the browning were put forward. The results showed that the browning rate of walnut explants was the lowest when they were disinfected with0.1% mercury for 2 minutes on the basis of modified DKW medium and 1 g/L activated carbon.
