高校高水平运动队建设与管理的案例研究

A Case Study of the Construction and Management of High-level Sport Teams in Colleges and Universities

高校建设高水平运动队是国家体育事业发展到特定阶段的必然产物,是加强学校体育综合改革,推进竞技体育稳定发展的高效手段。文章以上海某大学为例,在实地调研、专家评证、学生访谈、数据分析的基础上总结出制约高校高水平运动队发展的症结主要集中在招生缺乏手段、建设经费不足、管理不够规范、学训矛盾突出、训练强度偏弱等五个方面,并提出有针对性的对策建议,促进高校高水平运动队建设科学水平的不断提高、管理架构和学训模式的逐渐优化,为竞技体育输送文体兼修的后备人才。

The construction of high-level sports teams is an inevitable outcome with the development of national sports in a specific stage,and also an effective means to strengthen the comprehensive reform of school sports.Taking a university in Shanghai as an example,the authors carried out the basis investigation,referenced expert evaluation conclusions,and did data analyses.It was concluded that the obstacles which affect the teams development include lack of money,non-standard management,contradiction between knowledge learning and physical training,scanty training strength.Suggestions are put forward about promoting administration structure and the practicing of learning and training in order to construct high-level sports teams scientifically and cultivate literate sportsmen for competitive sports.
