摘要
师资博士后职业认同高低将对博士后人员的科研产出、教学发展以及未来是否从事高校教师职业产生重要影响。文章构建了4个一级指标、19个二级指标组成的师资博士后职业认同评价体系,运用模糊数学方法以上海海洋大学为例对师资博士后职业认同进行评价。结果显示,上海海洋大学师资博士后总体职业认同度较高,在职业行为倾向方面认同度最高,职业价值观、职业归属感方面认同度较高,而在角色价值观方面的认同度相对较低。建议从加强优秀人员宣传、增加教学基本功锻炼、适当提升出站要求、完善出站考评体系四个角度调整师资博士后政策,进一步推动师资博士后发展。
The level of postdoctoral faculty career identity will have an important impact on their scientific research output,teaching development,and whether they will be engaged in the teaching profession in the future.A postdoctoral faculty career identity evaluation system consisting of 4 first-level indicators and 19 second-level indicators was established.Taking Shanghai Ocean University as an example,fuzzy mathematics method was used to evaluate the career identity of postdoctoral faculty.The results show that the highest degree of recognition is in the aspect of occupational behavior tendency,recognitions with higher degree are in the aspect of occupational values and sense of belonging,and recognition with lower degree is in the aspect of role values.It is suggested to adjust the policy of postdoctoral teachers from the following four aspects:strengthening the publicity of excellent staff,increasing the training of basic teaching skills,appropriately enhancing outbound requirements,and improving outbound evaluation system,so as to further promote the development of postdoctoral teachers.
