教育公平视域下地方高校资助育人模式初探

On the Mode of Subsidizing Education among Local Higher Colleges under the Perspective of Education Fairness

我国已建立了多种资助方式的混合资助体系,实现了由学前教育到研究生教育资助体系的全覆盖,保证了“不让一个学生因为贫困而辍学”政策的具体落实。但当下地方高校的资助工作也逐渐呈现出一些问题,重物质帮扶,轻资助育人,造成部分受资助的学生养成了“等、靠、要”的观念,感恩意识缺失。因此,地方高校资助应由无偿资助向有偿资助转变,创建发展型资助育人模式,逐步完善资助育人工作中的各方面问题,健全资助体系,创新资助工作。

China has established a multi - funded system to achieve full coverage from the pre - school education to the postgraduate education funding system,ensuring the implementation of the policy of“not allowing a student to drop out of school due to poverty”. However,the current higher colleges funding work has gradually presented some problems,heavy material assistance, and light funding for education,resulting in some of the funded students to develop the concept of“wait,rely,and want”,lack of gratitude. Therefore,local higher colleges should be subsidized from grants to paid subsidies,they should create a development - oriented funded education model,gradually improve all aspects of funding for education,improve the funding system and innovate funding.
