Research on the Construction of Teaching Staff under the Mode of Integrated Education——Taking Private Vocational Colleges as Examples

一体化师资队伍是民办高职院校全面深化教学改革和提升办学水平的现实需要,是促进教育教学改革、实现强校战略的人力保障。分析师资队伍现状,从教师数量、队伍结构、教学状态和综合能力等方面分析都存在不足,师资队伍建设提升迫在眉睫。探索一体化师资队伍建设新途径,从体制机制、机构设置、岗位配备、人才培养等方面进行探索,以推动高职教育科学发展。

The integration of teachers is a realistic need for private higher vocational colleges to comprehensively deepen the teaching reform and improve the level of running schools. It is also a human guarantee to promote education teaching reform and realize the strategy of strengthening schools. This paper analyzes the current situation of the teaching staff,and analyzes the deficiencies from the aspects of the number of teachers,team structure,teaching status and comprehensive ability. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the construction of the teaching staff. We will explore new ways to build an integrated teaching force and explore ways to promote the scientific development of education in higher vocational colleges by exploring institutional mechanisms, institutional settings,post allocation and personnel training.
