大一新生同一性危机的表现及干预措施

Performances and Interventions of the Crisis of Identity in Freshmen

大一新生普遍经历同一性危机,具体表现为“自我整合的矛盾”“自我与外界平衡的矛盾”“自我在时间上持续与整合的矛盾”。部分同学不能很好应对这些矛盾,部分同学能够较好应对。针对大一新生同一性危机,关键是学生本人树立主体意识,以实践为导向,努力培育优秀品质;高校层面,面向新生开展职业生涯规划是有效办法,此外,还可从心理课程、团体辅导、心理咨询三方面着手进行干预。

Freshmen generally experience the crisis of identity,which is manifested as“the contradiction of self - integration”“the contradiction between self and external balance”and“the contradiction between self - continuation and integration in time”. Some students can’t cope well with these contradictions,and some of them can cope better. For the freshman identity crisis,the key is that the students themselves establish a subjective consciousness,practice - oriented,and strive to cultivate excellent quality;as for universities,it is an effective way to carry out career planning for freshmen. In addition,interventions can be initiated from psychological courses,group counseling,and psychological counseling.
