由“扶贫”到“扶智”“扶志”的实践探索——基于高职院校资助育人过程的案例分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了让家庭经济困难大学生都能顺利完成学业,近几年政府加大了帮扶力度,学生资助工作在扶贫攻坚战中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但由于高职学生的认知水平和学业能力水平不同,部分受助学生缺乏自尊自强的品质,或在个人成长上缺乏清晰的要求和定位。本文通过分析高职院校在资助育人过程中出现的问题案例,探讨了处理具体问题的思路和方法,并提出了对受助学生开展“扶智”“扶志”工作的思考。 To allow college students with economic difficulties finish their studies smoothly,in recent years,the government has increased lots of efforts to help these students overcome financial problems. Student financial assistance has become more and more important in poverty alleviation program. However,due to the differences of personal cognitive level and learning ability among students in vocational colleges,some students with economic difficulties are short of the characters about self - respect and self - strengthening,or they don’t have clear goals and demands about themselves. To analyze some cases in the progress of aid and education,the paper discusses the methods for dealing with practical issues,and proposes some solutions to fulfilling the mission of“Intellectual Aid”and“Psychological Aid”among these students.
