民族与民族之间存在着文化差异,民族教育是国民教育的重要组成部分。随着素质教育的不断推进,对少数民族地区高职院校辅导员学生管理工作也带来了更高的要求,辅导员在对学生进行管理过程中,要尊重不同民族之间的文化差异,引导学生正确的民族意识和社会价值观,促使学生身心健康成长。

There are cultural differences between nationalities. Ethnic education is an important part of national education. With the continuous advancement of quality education,higher requirements have been brought to the student management of vocational college counselors in minority areas. In the process of student management,counselors should respect the cultural differences among different nationalities,guide students to correct national consciousness and social values,and promote students’physical and mental healthy growth.
