Research on the Construction of Quality Assurance System for the Development of Student Party Members in Colleges in the New Era

文章分析了新时代高校学生党员发展工作的重要意义,反思了近年来高校在提高学生党员发展质量工作中的不足之处,并就高校如何根据自身实际找出更有针对性的解决策略以及如何建立起一套行之有效的高校学生党员发展质量保障体系提出了相关方法和建议,以期能在实践上促进高校学生党员发展工作更加科学有效地开展。

This paper analyses the significance of the development of student Party members in colleges in the new era,reflects on the shortcomings in improving the quality development of student Party members in colleges in recent years,and finds out more targeted solutions according to the actual situation of colleges. At last,this paper also puts forward relevant methods and suggestions on how to establish a set of effective development quality assurance system for student Party members in colleges,in order to promote the practical development work of student Party members in colleges more scientifically and effectively.
