高校立德树人的价值取向内涵与实现机制

The Connotation and Realization Mechanism of Value Orientation of Establishing Virtue in Colleges and Universities

党的十八大报告指出,教育的根本任务为立德树人。一方面明确了现在时代教育的根本使命;另一方面来讲,进一步丰富了培养人才的深层内涵。高校作为我国人才培养的发展地,必须得将“立德树人”放在教育道路上的第一位。本人在探究关于立德树人的含义,历史由来及时代内涵,由此可以找到立德树人的实现方向,同时也在为提升高校立德树人的实效性提供理论基础。

The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that the fundamental task of education is to strengthen moral education and cultivate people. On the one hand,it clarifies the fundamental mission of education in the present era;on the other hand,it further enriches the deep connotation of training talents. As the development place of talent training in our country,colleges and universities must put the concept of“strengthening moral education and cultivating people”in the first place on the way of education. This paper explores the meaning,historical origin and contemporary connotation of strengthening moral education and cultivating people,from which we can find the direction of realizing this concept and at the same time provides a theoretical basis for improving the effectiveness of strengthening moral education and cultivating people in colleges and universities.
