以立德树人为根本,以教师全员为抓手,践行“三全育人”

Based on the Cultivation of Morality and Talents and Taking All the Teachers as the Grasp to Practice “Three-Education”

“三全育人”给高校思想政治工作指明了方向和方法。本文从和高校教师主体工作教学、科研和社会实践结合最紧密的课程育人、科研育人及实践育人三方面进行探讨,把教师“育人为本,德育为先”的高等教育思想落实在全体教师的实际工作中,以期解决当前高等院校思想政治工作中的问题和症结。

“Three Education”points out the direction and method of ideological and political work in higher colleges. This paper explores three aspects: curriculum education,scientific research education and practical education,which are most closely integrated with the teaching,scientific research and social practice of university teachers’main body work. In order to solve the problems and crux of the ideological and political work in higher colleges,the higher education thought of“educating people first,moral education first”should be put into practice in the actual work of all teachers.
