互联网金融已成为金融领域的热点问题,但对互联网金融的监管制度,尤其是竞争性监管制度无论实务界还是学术界却研究不多。在蓬勃发展的互联网金融背后,不正当竞争、限制竞争等现象比比皆是,而传统的金融监管制度不同程度存在各自为战、相对滞后甚至互为抵触,客观上无法应对灵活多变的互联网金融的发展趋势,已严重制约了互联网金融的持续健康发展。因此,有必要在把握互联网金融本身特质的基础上,构建符合当前经济发展局势的协同监管制度。

Internet finance has become a hot issue in the financial field. However,there is not much research on the supervision system of Internet finance,especially the competitive supervision system,regardless of the practice or academic circles. Behind the booming Internet finance,unfair competition and restrictions on competition abound,while traditional financial regulatory systems have their own wars,relatively lagging or even contradictory,and objectively unable to cope with flexible and changeable Internet finance. The development trend has seriously restricted the sustained and healthy development of Internet finance. Therefore,it is necessary to build a coordinated supervision system that conforms to the current economic development situation on the basis of grasping the characteristics of Internet finance itself.
