试论以泰特勒的翻译三原则解析《德伯家的苔丝》的两个中译本

On the Analysis of the Two Chinese Translations of “Tess of the D’Urbervilles” Based on Tytler’s Three Laws of Translation

《德伯家的苔丝》作为英国文学家托马斯的代表作,有着较高的艺术参考价值,多年来被多次翻译成中文,在中国文学市场广受欢迎。基于此,本文以泰特勒翻译三原则视角作为研究对象,着重对泰特勒翻译方法实施前、中、后三个部分的要点进行把握,以达到合理运用泰特勒翻译三原则,实现外国文学作品内在艺术价值和审美特征得到表现的目的。

As a representative work of Thomas,a British writer,“Tess of the D’Urbervilles”has high artistic reference value. It has been translated into Chinese many times over the years and is popular in the Chinese literary market. Based on this,this paper takes Tytler’s translation as the research object from the perspective of the three laws,and focuses on the key points of Tytler’s translation method before,during and after the implementation of the translation method,so as to achieve the purpose of expressing the intrinsic artistic value and aesthetic characteristics of foreign literary works.
